Existing multistory residential brick building in Brooklyn with complex masonry workmanship.  Dealing with building facades, which are the historical icons of the neighborhood, was a major challenge.  Restoration of unique bond patterns, ornamental stone/ terra-cotta work was design after an in-depth study and probing of existing facades. Roofing and other associated appurtenances work was also part of the project which was included under the same bid package.
