Existing building adapted from a factory into a mixed-use building with 186 dwelling units and 7 commercial units. Primary structure of the building is steel frame with concrete slabs. Critical examination of the building facades, parapets and appurtenances was performed throughout the property. To conclude the examination, a Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) Critical Examination Report in the prescribed DOB NOW digital format was submitted. Existing status/ condition of building was identified. Findings of existing conditions were made and pertinent recommendations were proposed in the report.
