Existing seven story building with 66 dwelling units.  Due to not receiving adequate maintenance/ repair for an extended period and missing previous LL-11 Cycles, building is in a state of great need of overall restoration. Status of inspection was determined to be Unsafe at the conclusion of Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) Critical Examination.  Owner was provided with recommended for roofing and other miscellaneous work in addition to envelope & appurtenance related ones to bring building in an average condition. Building was examiner for FISP under latest regulation of Cycle 9 of LL-11 which involve more compliance than previous ones. Structural system of building comprised on multiple material with brick masonry as primary and rubble stone at rear lower level as secondary one.  Methods & considerations for performing findings of particular material types were adapted and applied accordingly.
