Existing substantially large building adapted from Factory to Multi dwelling (201 units) building. Lower level of the building comprises of commercial office use. The building consists of masonry structure sitting on a huge lot of 360’ x 200’.    

A critical examination of building facades, parapets and appurtenances was conducted throughout the property.  To conclude the examination, a Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) Critical Examination Report was prepared in the prescribed DOB NOW digital format.  Existing status/ condition of building was identified.  Findings of existing conditions were made and pertinent recommendations were proposed in the report.
