Design & CM Services provided: A three-story office building in the commercial district of valley stream with multinational corporate offices at the premises.  A complete renovation/ upgradation was performed at entire third floor with change of tenant spaces (offices).  The layout was modified along with upgradation of MEP and telecommunication system.  A new state-of-the art/ smart lighting system with inclusion of daylighting was introduced complying with the NYS Energy Codes.  Alterations of fire suppression system ware made in conformance with the Nassau County Fire Marshal’s regulations.  All modifications in the layout were designed compatible with the security system and in harmony with the privacy policies of the corporate tenants.
