Design & CM Services provided: A two-story & basement facility with Synagogue/ scout camp use converted into Islamic Center.  Facility located at the tranquil area of Roslyn, Long Island. Entire building systems were gutted out and upgraded to the latest systems while keeping the Historical integrity of the building. Work included replacement of existing approx. 4,384 SF of roofing replacement and all facades restoration. Project involved a quite challenge of complying the facility with complex local jurisdictions’ regulations in addition to latest NYS state codes. A sophisticated series of coordination was practiced while performing modifications to all building systems including Structural, fire suppression, and telecommunication systems.
