Design & CM Services provided: Existing two-story commercial building with offices was gut down to make it adaptable to new long tern leas tenant.  An Energy efficient Mechanical system handsomely exceeding NYS/ NYC Energy Codes was designed in the project.  In addition, smart lighting and communication systems were introduced in the project.  A design allowing flexibility in the layout to accommodate client’s needs of multiple use of spaces with future modifications was achieved through a modular design concept.  New egress and safe passageways were added in the project to comply with the NYC Building and Fire codes.
