Mixed use seven building with Condominium units at upper levels in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan.  Sources of causing the problems of façade damages were investigated and remedial repairs were designed.  Special details were developed considering the decorative elements for first floor commercial space.  During the construction phase, special inspection along with construction contract administration was performed.  Advised owner to resolve construction related issues considering contractor’s means and methods during the construction phase of the project.
