Existing Condition Evaluation for building facades, roofing, retaining wall & appurtenances. A NYC Landmark Coop. residential elevator apartment building consists of forty-one class “A” apartments. Multiple on-site reviews were conducted per owner’s request to evaluate existing conditions of buildings on its facades and roof. Non-invasive methods were adopted to inspect the structural/ Architectural members of the building facades, roofing and courtyards. A visual observation was made by walk-through at the premises and existing conditions were recorded by the digital means. Assessment about the structural/ non-structural conditions of existing building facades and roof were made.  In addition, a research and history check was performed about the previous DOB applications property to view the analyze the building in perspective of historical work performed on it.
