Study the Impact of on-going construction activities at adjoining property on building’s foundation wall and cellar interior. A study of building’s existing conditions of foundation wall and structural/ Architectural features in the interior cellar and exterior roofing in result of on-going substantially completed invasive construction activity at adjoining property.  Inspection was conducted on owner’s notification about an active water infiltration through the foundation wall in result of an invasive on-going construction activity at the adjoining property. Assess structural/ non-structural damages to existing cellar and roofing system caused by the water infiltration through the foundation wall and construction impact load due to the on-going invasive construction activity at adjoining property.  A research and history check was performed about the adjoining property to view the water infiltration issue in respective.
