Existing multistory building with 147 dwelling units located at the special zoning district of Grand Concourse Preservation in the borough of Bronx.  Building has an accent of intricated masonry work and sitting on a huge footprint approx. 204’ x 175’ (irregular).    

Conducted the critical examination of the building facades, parapets and appurtenances.  To conclude the examination, a Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) Critical Examination Report in the prescribed DOB NOW digital format was submitted.  Existing status/ condition of building was identified.  Findings of existing conditions were made and pertinent recommendations were proposed in the report.
