Study the Impact of proposed underpinning at subject property rubble stone foundation wall by adjoining property owner. Study the Impact of proposed underpinning at the East foundation wall of subject building by adjoining property owner.  On-site review of existing conditions in light of proposed structural drawings for adjoining new building was performed on owner’s request. Special evaluations was made in perspective of property being located adjacent to the NYC MTA lines.   A non-invasive method was adopted to inspect the foundation wall and structural/ Architectural members in the premises.  A visual observation was made by multiple walkthroughs at the premises and existing conditions were recorded by the use of digital means/ technologies.
