Housing Development with over eleven hundred dwelling units on a series of 7-story buildings with traditional NYCHA style of configuration. During the pre-inspection phase, we discovered site limitations not allowing use of conventional means & methods of inspections – utilization of particular machines suitable for site conditions was introduces.  Existing status/ condition of building was identified by closely examining conditions of building facade & appurtenances.  Pertinent recommendations were proposed to address façade & appurtenances defect.  In addition, special safety considerations were given by our site safety Management staff to create & execute a strategic plan while working in a large development with active pedestrian circulation.
